Hilton Colombo Residence

We had four nights at the Hilton Colombo Residences. We enjoyed the sight of the vibrant city and the gleaming view of the Lotus Tower every night from 22nd floor. The dishes, the quality of the food and the wide scale of choice are out of this world. The exceptionally friendly and attentive staff are always ready to fulfill your wishes. Sometimes we lost the way in the 'maze' of the elevator system, but any kind of criticism pointless, because of the level of the hospitality, which is above any everything! No need to change anything, just keep up the good work and stay like this! Thank you for the great days!

Dear Hilton Staff, We had a wonderful time at your place. Your hospitality really made our breakfast and dinner feel like home. The amazing dinner buffet at a flow restaurant. I really like the staff. They welcomed us with a beautiful smile. The staff went above and beyond their duty, We appreciate all your warm support. This is our first time staying at your place and we had an amazing time. We look forward to coming back again. Food was great. In the dining room we like to acknowledge Miss Nipuni, Rukmal, Bandara, Mr Kasun Ajith, Raj, and all the great chefs. I want to say a big Thank you to all the chefs specially who made the Lunu Kathe and very tasty Rasam. So many people, I can't remember the names,front office Jinanjali, Alwis, Vinya please forgive me, I could not remember all the names. You all are so very nice, and keep up the great work! Thank you for everything. Our luggage helper on our last day was Isuru Karunarathna, we visited the bar several times and the staff was very helpful. Thank you. Our first rooms #1605 are very clean and room services are excellent. We loved it so much. This Hotel is an ideal location walking distance or you can take the Taxi to all shopping areas. The property was amazing, we had a beautiful and huge 3 bedroom suite which was bigger than the apartment we had just been staying in for the past 3 weeks! Kitchen was a little dated but we were only staying for one night so didn’t really need to spend much time cooking. Rooftop pool area was wonderful with lots of loungers. The hotel has a supermarket next door but is also also a short walk away to a mall and other restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful, all in all we had a great stay here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Colombo Residence from November 3rd for three nights, and I must say, the experience was outstanding in every way. I came to visit my family while traveling for work, and the hotel made this stay truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team, especially Christoper and Tharik, ensured a seamless check-in process and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and warm, professional manner made a remarkable difference. Additionally, I’d like to extend my gratitude to Indika from housekeeping, whose meticulous care and friendliness kept our room spotless and comfortable. Traveling with a 4-month-old baby can be challenging, but the Hilton Colombo Residence made it incredibly easy. The hotel team went above and beyond to provide everything we needed to make our stay comfortable with our little one. The accommodations were spacious and perfectly suited for a family, and the staff was always ready to assist with any additional requests. Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of outstanding service, family-friendly facilities, and the personal attention from the staff made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend Hilton Colombo Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and warm experience, whether traveling alone or with family.

Had a three bed apartment which was very spacious and was good for first night here. Washing machine very useful as we had a bit of washing to do and there was a dryer but you could hang it up after too to air. Very clean and staff very attentive. Pool was nice but shut in morning due to storm. Got a decent gym though quite warm. Decent supermarkets nearby especially one on left as you exit. Got an early entry as arrived at 8am which was a bit pricey at $75 compared to what I had paid as overnight but meant we could catch up on some lost sleep.
